Terms of service

1. Service scope

OmnyFit provides garment rendering and fit-confidence scoring as a hosted service, delivered as a storefront widget or through the REST API. Availability of specific features may differ by platform integration.

2. Trials

Trials run for 14 days on your live catalogue and carry no payment obligation. Render volume during a trial is capped; the cap is stated at signup.

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload images of individuals without their consent, use the service to generate misleading representations of products, or resell rendering capacity without a white-label agreement.

Rate limits protect shared capacity. Sustained excess use may be throttled after notice.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the size charts you supply. Fit-confidence output is derived from those charts and is a recommendation, not a guarantee of fit.

5. Availability

The target monthly uptime for rendering endpoints is 99.9%. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and scheduled outside peak retail windows where practical.

6. Fees and termination

Fees are set by committed render volume in your order form. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice to cure. On termination, catalogue data and analytics are deleted within 30 days on request.

7. Liability

Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
