This is a structural placeholder, not a reviewed legal document. Replace with a counsel-reviewed policy before launch. Given OmnyFit processes shopper photos, this policy needs to cover, at minimum: what personal and photo data is collected, the legal basis for processing it (consent, in most jurisdictions), retention periods, whether data trains models, third parties/subprocessors it's shared with, and user rights (access, deletion, portability) under GDPR/CCPA and similar. The plain-language version of these answers lives on Trust & Data — this document is the binding legal version and should match it exactly.
